Governor Blagojevich is suing Mike Madigan

The more tantrums Blago throws, the more likely one of his fellow democrats will somehow make it known to a major media outlet uncontravertable evidence of some major scandal (maybe, say, exchanging political favors for campaign contributions?)

If this were in decades past, I think that perhaps Mr. Blagojevich would be the victim of an 'unfortunate accident.' Any word from Governor Dailey on all this?
